Geraldine McKinnon - Baby BridgesTM State Coordinator
Geraldine has worked in the disability service field for over 20 years. Geraldine's passion is working with children and providing opportunities for them to achieve their milestones and to reach their potential.
Geraldine is a committed and loyal member of the Horizon Foundation team and has worked with people of all ages in many different areas including post school, community access, accommodation support, aged care, nursing, family support and referral services.

As in any disability service organisation there are many people behind the scenes that step outside of their role to assist with the development and implementation of a new program; this is no exception in Horizon Foundation. There have been many wonderful people that have assisted Baby BridgesTM to get where it is today.
Our Regional Service Partners
The Baby Bridges program is supported by a network of Service Partners throughout Queensland. They are committed to delivering high quality programs including Baby Bridges. Our Partners are ARC Disability Services in Cairns, Waminda Services in Dalby, MADEC in Mackay, Sunshine Butterflies in the Sunshine Coast, and Centacare in Townsville.
